A way to resolve the continued crisis in the Catholic Church in North America?

What really ails the members of the Catholic Church in North America?

Had we heeded the doctrines & remedies given by Pope Leo XIII in Testem Benevolentiae, the Catholic Church in America might at very least have averted the public scandals of accusations against clergy over the past decade and more.

But can the Church’s members in America be healed of what still afflicts them? What really ails us, in its causes, is far worse than the more recent public scandals — horrendous as they are.

If there is to be healing, sound medicinal practice, and medications, are called for. Given the depth of the malignancy, not a little radical surgery, too.

Here follows a proposed course of treatment, just ‘declassified’ from NCCL’s ‘TOP-SECRET’ archives. NCCL’s directors, members & collaborators were asked to study the problem, consult on the remedy and deliver the project.

It is the humble opinion of the apostolate’s directorate that the proposed remedy is still useful, and more than ever needed.
