Here follows a recently ‘declassified’ correspondence with Darío Cardinal Castrillón Hoyos, then-President of the Commission Ecclesia Dei.
The same letter had hundreds of co-signers who were not only fed up with the French & German bishops who insisted on speaking in Rome on their behalf … without so much as conferring with them; but, who appeal to His Holiness to remove once for all the conditions, all of them manufactured, which impede a normalized relationship of those Catholics commonly called ‘traditional’ with him.
