1. A correspondence with then-Cardinal Ratzinger May-July 2003 — bidding him to convey to the Holy Father, Pope John Paul II, requests to permit more generous expression of the liturgical and other “legitimate aspirations” of those Catholics commonly called ‘traditional’.

2. A continuation of the above correspondence with then-Cardinal Ratzinger, recommencing December 2003 this one (in repeated exchanges) offering a suggestion in response to his open question in the interview of September 2003 with Raymond Arroyo of EWTN, wondering how peacefully to reconcile (broader) use of the traditional Roman missal (1962) without overshadowing the normative status of the Novus Ordo missae (1969)

3. Another letter, this one dated 13 May 2003, to Cardinal Castrillón — begging the Holy Father, Pope John Paul II to permit more generous expression of their liturgical and other “legitimate aspirations”.

The correspondences were ‘declassified’ on 20 January 2014.
