Terri Schiavo – Vatican citizenship: another project ‘declassified’
One day in late-March 2005 a simple telephone call to the Holy See’s Secretariat of State — headquarters of the Vatican’s ‘international diplomatic corps’ — received a terse reply, here paraphrased: if it can be done in accordance with international law, we’ll see what can be done.
